Hello farmers!

We have a quick and easy tutorial for you. On today's post we'll show you how to properly contact support with all the information needed so we can process your case as soon as possible. Remember that the more info you send, the quicker we'll respond.

Let's get to it.

What should I contact support@airgames.com for?

If you have questions regarding the farm or any other game from airGames, then you should contact us. This includes: credit purchases, promotions, and general questions regarding items or products. We can also provide certain account information but we CANNOT retrieve your password on airGames, nor can we offer any assistance with issues with your account on airG

I can't remember my password for airGames, what can I do to retrieve it?

If you have previously validated an email address and password to your airGames account (INSTRUCTIONS HERE) then simply press the 'Forgot Password' link located at the bottom of the screen on airgames.airg.com. If you didn't validate an email address to your account, then you will need to use your airG username and password - if you don't have access to them, please contact airG on support@airg.com. Remember, we DO NOT have access to your airG account information.

IMPORTANT: If you haven't validated an email address to your account, DO NOT use the email field provided or you will create a new account

I have a question regarding credits/auction house listings/promotions/features, etc what info should I send to support?

1. Your airGames username (that's your farm name)
2. Nature of your inquiry in the subject line (credit purchase, auction house listing, promo information, etc)
3. DETAILED description of your issue:

  • For technical issues include: username on airGames (that's your farm name), description of your issue (include screenshots if you can), phone brand and model (you can find this in your phone's battery or manual), date when the issue started
  • For auction house inquiries include: airGames username, Auction ID, item, time and date of transaction, description of issue. NOTE: With auction house listings, you must wait 24 hours after the transaction ended before contacting support.
  • For credit purchases include: airGames username, method of purchase (paypal, charged to phone, Google or Apple store), amount, time and date of transaction, phone number, paypal email address (if applicable)
  • For promotional questions, please READ THIS FAQ
