I TRIED TO CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK BUT IT CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT! HELP!

Worry not. This probably happened because you logged out of airG and you actually "SIGNED IN" with Facebook. Remember, you need to CONNECT your account from your personal options and NOT from the log in page.

To access your old account, simply enter your airG username and password on the airGames screen (use the username instead of the email address) OR, sign out of airGames. Go to airG.com, log in from your profile and click on the BBW. Either way, please contact support@airgames.com so we can connect your REAL account to FB. Include your airG username and Facebook email address so we can help

WHAT'S THIS 409 ERROR I SEE WHEN I'M TRYING TO CONNECT MY ACCOUNT TO FACEBOOK?

If you see a 409 error, that means you already used that Facebook account to connect to airGames. Remember you can only use one Facebook account per user on airGames. Perhaps you also "SIGNED IN" with Facebook instead of "CONNECTING". In this case, please contact support@airgames.com with full details of your account (including airG username and Facebook email) and we'll help you out.

I CAN'T SEE THE FACEBOOK CONNECT BUTTON AT ALL!

Even on "lighter" versions of airG, you should be able to see the CONNECT TO FB button. If you don't it means you are already connected.

Tomorrow we'll have a tutorial on how to connect your account to FB. The easy way! For now remember, to connect it, go to your personal options on airGames, and from there press CONNECT.

A: Hi there! This is because airGames and airG are two different communities. Remember that not all of your airG friends are on airGames and vice versa. If you want to get rid of a pesky farmer, just block them on your airGames profile as well. To do so, look for their profile on airG (block them there) and then click on their farm. Once in there, click the "BLOCK" button and voila! Bu-bye weirdo!

Q: HELLO! THIS IS CATHY FROM USA! I WANTED TO ASK ABOUT THE LANGUAGE SETTINGS IN AIRGAMES. I RECENTLY CHANGED IT FROM SPANISH TO ENGLISH, BUT IT STILL SHOWS SPANISH. IS MY PROFILE STUCK?

A: Hey Cathy! To answer your question - nope, your profile is NOT stuck. If you change your language settings, it may take a bit for the whole page to change. This is because part of it is stored in your phone and the "stored memory" has to "expire". Once this is done (it shouldn't take more than a day) your page will be fully translated. We are launching a new fix to address this issue and make it quicker, so you'll be able to see the selected language right away. This fix should be launched in a couple weeks from now.

* Remember, airGames currently only supports English, Spanish and German.
